Just to add some more background to this case. Apologies if this has been discussed before.

He was actually a member on here but we've not seen him for a long time. Clearly he needs support so I do hope he comes back

Really RF? Goodness me, it just reinforces how much people from all walks of life look for support here! This really is an invaluable resource, with fantastic people like you who are so invested in helping people traverse this nightmare journey.

A brilliant write-up (as usual) by Anna Raccoons

          http://annaraccoon.com/2016/06/02/be...-minor-slight/

The defendant Mr Economou was found not guilty at magistrates court of harassing the accuser's father. This is even more astonishing as defence counsel was changed at the last minute (not at all unusual) but this time fresh counsel came into the case just before the first witness was called

          That is some counsel!

          The judgement is here http://annaraccoon.com/wp-content/up...v-economou.pdf

This was clearly the right verdict. Mr Economou was clearly innocent. The website he set up proves this. Most people are not in a financial, position to see justice served and their FA Prosecuted it is very sad that she committed suicide for her and her family but I think Mr Economou was right to pursue clearing his name. I hope he can move on with his life and put all this behind him
