  • Do the police contact you if anything changes?

A lot of people have mentioned the police going back to complainant and letting them change their story especially if their witnesses didn't confirm what they said. Would the police tell you if this happens or if any new lies are added to the story?
I'm just worried we don't even know what we're dealing with this morning.

is he going back for reinterview then?

They can't reinterview unless there is something fresh to interview him about. A good duty sol will refuse the interview if there is nothing new.

Nope just been both been blocked on facebook so I'm guessing and name of facebook changed etc so I am guessing there has been some contact between FA and the police.

Could be that they've been told to change their privacy settings. Try not to read too much into it at this stage.

If the police has suddenly said that months since she made the accusation does that mean she's given new evidence?

I doubt it means anything, as RF said it could just be that she's been told to check her privacy settings, and not necessarily by the police. Could just be friends suggesting it.
To be honest I don't expect there's much "investigating" going on. The police will have lots of cases going on at once and each case will have precious little time to spend on it.
If her story has changed dramatically then the FA is highly likely to mess up under cross examination if the case should go to court.
I doubt much has changed so try and be positive.
If there's a charge then a specialist solicitor should be able to dig these changes up when disclosures finally appear!
            Hang in there!

Thank you you are absolutely right. Just feeling pretty confident as she messed up majorly with her story and worried she's changed it to make more sense. She seems to be doing a lot of social media to try and worry us, so I won't read too much into it.
