TO: MINISTER OF JUSTICE - RHT HON MICHEAL GOVE MP

Due to all the miscarriages of justice that are happening in the UK lately especially sex offences, I feel we now take the stand and start using lie detectors in criminal investigations and in court like they do in America. Miscarriages of justices that happen due to "claimants" or "victims" lying just to get back at someone and countless other reasons is on the increase and the impact it has on the accused and their families is devastating to the point where the accused are made to leave their families because probation and social services say they have to.

    Why is this important?

This is important to me and my family because we are suffering a miscarriage of justice our selves and our family has been torn apart by liars. Since this has happened to us, I have met numerous families that are going through the same torture and torment. The amount of children that have had their families torn apart by liars is easily in the hundreds - thousands.

I signed this a while ago. I hope it happens. I wanted to take a lie detector test when I was interviewed under caution but was informed they aren't used at present.
