  • Getting property back after NG

Has anyone had experience in retrieving their property (phone in my case) after a NG?

I'm now getting the usual runaround from the police as only the OIC can release it, often is not on duty or out of office etc. etc.

I'm starting to wonder if this can go on as long as bail!

Ask your solicitor to make enquiries about it.

        Hi

My partner was given his property back after he was Nfa'd. But this is the thing. He was given some property that didnt belong to him and anything that did stopped working. So we thought about making a complaint but after everything we have been through and the lack of co operation any false accused would get we thought it was best to thank our lucky stars we are in a much better place.
