LL1- are there any specialists legal aid solicitors in the mid- west of scotland who are recommended for an appeal? Have looked up a few but none really stood out.
They tried to bury us- they didn't know we were seeds

        As for 'no comment'.

In circumstances where an allegation is being made and it lacks 'corroboration' from another party then the only party (if only two exist) that can bring any form of corroboration to the table is the one that is being formally questioned.

However, there is a difference between sitting in an interview and answering every question with 'no comment' and sitting in an interview with a solicitor who has advised 'no comment'.

Make sure that there is a solicitor present if you are interviewed and make sure that their guidance is adhered to.

Police interviewers interview folks every day of their lives. They're experts. They're cunning. Don't face them alone. I did and was incredibly lucky in that I somehow managed to stick fast to my version of events, it's very wearing! After eventually meeting my solicitor (long story) I was able to 'make up' that he'd advised I answer all further questions with 'no comment' when the Police attempted to carry out further questioning. They bought it and left me alone for the rest of the night.
