  • I've sent you an email so check your spam and junk folders in case it's in there.

You are right not to tell all on here as you never know who is watching.

    Hold on in there.

Hi heartbreaking, sorry to hear you're not in a better place by now. On the plus side at least social services were ok, hoping the trend continues!

        Stay strong!

        • We aren't sure of what the actual alligations are.
SS told me on friday. however we are unsure what believe.

Is it worth ringing the investigating police and ask for specifics. or leave it to the solicitors?

          • As I said in our emails this morning, better to ask the solicitor if you can have a copy of the notes they made during the interview.

Do not contact the police at this stage unless given legal advice to do so. Legal Advice can only come from a legally qualified person such as a solicitor or barrister. Nobody on here can give legal advice.

              • I know you are hon.

Ask your partner to contact the solicitor to ask for a copy of his notes. Hopefully he will let you have those so you can see what you are up against.

I think that maybe he was so traumatised when he came out of the interview, he will have forgotten (or not even taken in) everything he was told and asked about.

                  • I'm having exactly the same problem- seems to be the case if you're using legal aid. It's so frustrating!!! It just adds to your problems sometimes

                    • Some legal aid sols are awful yes - but there are some great ones out there too of course. It's the choice of LA solicitor that is important. When you've never been in trouble before many people tend to go for the Yellow Pages or on the recommendation from a friend. Often those recommendations are great for burglary or divorce, but have no idea about defending sex allegations.
