    one word.....acquitted

would like to stress to everyone in this situation, if you are innocent, you will be found innocent. Keep faith in God

keep strong, my thoughts are with all those affected in the past and those falsely accused in the future

I've just reread your previous posts from over a year ago; it's awful that you have been on the edge all this time, but brilliant news and as you say, justice has eventually been done (but at what cost to you and the taxpayer?)

...... if you are innocent, you will be found innocent

Unfortunately not all defendants who are innocent are found Not Guilty. By the way a jury cannot find a person "innocent" in law, only Not Guilty.

One of four things can result at trial.

1: The guilty are found Guilty - justice done

2: The innocent are found Not Guilty - justice done

3: The guilty are found Not Guilty - justice NOT done

4: The innocent are found Guilty - justice NOT done

      Really pleased for you though

I completely agree with you. There is a presumption of innocence during court proceedings, and therefore, being found not guilty reaffirms that initial presumption of innocence.

        Thanks for the bananas!

                Great ............ just great.

Thank you for sending us your good news.

Hope the days at trial were not too harsh and that the lies were uncovered swiftly. And hope your barrister made the liar squirm uncomfortably!
