Mr Shalaice Appeal Officially Lodged

Mr Shalaice (from t'other forum) now has his criminal appeals number and we wait for a decision from the Single Judge as to whether he will give leave to appeal. This will take 5 - 6 months give or take. If leave is given it's then another 5 - 6 months for the appeal itself, if things run smoothly.
