  • Don't understand

Well it's been over two weeks now from the call I received from ss telling me a allegation had been reported to them and the police would want to speak to me. It's now number two allegation. I'm worried sick as this is a revenge attack from my ex partner who knows what she has been saying now, or what she's got someone to say.

How can you stop these allegations from coming out of the air? I was questioned over historic rape allegations and released without charge or bail over 7 months ago and I've still had no response from police. I wasn't stopped from seeing my children then but 7 months later I have been. 13 weeks after judge signed court order I face this. My ex is intent in destroying me. I am waiting a knock on the door or phone call from police.

last time I attended voluntary interview I was not expecting allegations of rape so god knows what's been said now. How long can ss stop me seeing my children for and why won't they tell me what's been said? Funny my ex never got this when she was involved with ss. It seems that I am being witch hunted for revenge. Not once have ss listened to my side even when I asked them to. Maybe they would understand why this is happening.

Any one had the same problem? Sorry to go on; just lost and alone.

Your post is difficult for me to read as it's all in one block with not many commas and full stops, so I can't make sense of it. I'm an old laydee you see and also work using the computer monitor most of the day so it's damaging my eyes.

Did you have a solicitor present in your interview?

Are you saying that at the police interview, you were only asked about one allegation?

Was number two allegation after the interview so you are waiting to go back for another one?

Yes I did have a solictor at first interview with police but now found out he could of done that free I paid him to attend and he never followed it up with oic so still awaiting the outcome of that.

Are you saying that at the police interview, you were only asked about one allegation?
Yes from my ex mrs had made 8 allegations of which two were rape the others were dv and harrassment.

Was number two allegation after the interview so you are waiting to go back for another one?
Yes this is new one made 7 months after 1st interview and after I signed the civl court order about contact with children.

My ex was harassing me until this call from ss now funny it's all stopped now, I have had no contact with my children or anymore news from ss re guarding contact all ss worker said was that he had spoken to my son and all he said was he loves his daddy.

It sounds absolutely heartbreaking hon, when it comes to the children.

Have you been interviewed about the 2nd rape allegation yet?

Apparently, there is no legal aid any more when it comes to family courts, unless an allegation of abuse is made, so potentially that might be one motive for doing it, apart from, of course, wanting to alienate the children.

Keep posting and take strength from the success stories that are on here too

It should get easier as time marches on. I know that is difficult to believe but you will get there.

Many people on here, having got over the shock of what has happened, they've found their 'boxing gloves' and started to fight back by obtaining evidence, making notes in a dedicated note book to help them remember stuff.

Thanks to MH for editing the OP so this ol' laydee can read it easier!!
