    Thank you.

Has anyone got any advice as to what I should expect next/what I should be doing?

I also have a young son and I'm terrified of losing him, I have him 1/2 the time and we are so close. I'm feeling every emotion at the moment and feel like I'm falling apart.

There is some general advice here: (but not regarding family issues...hopefully someone who has been through similar circumstances will respond to your query as this will be down to if Social Services become involved)

Social services have not become involved in my case as my son lives with his mum. She has stopped access I see that as a separate fight. Once I get NFA OR NG. I will begin that fight only thing I can offer mate sorry

Yes that is essentially what was said (with other bits thrown in e.g. Attempted anal sex - my sol told me before the interview that this might come up as it is a tactic used by FA's as it sounds much worse!!!).

The police asked why I thought this had come up and I said maybe she regretted it afterwards. Workplace have been good, my sol said I'd probably have grounds if they were to sack me at this moment in time. What if it goes to court though - can they sack me/is it likely they'll sack me then??
Attempted [anal/whatever] sex is not the same as a charge of rape.

Attempted rape has to be 'proved' that the suspect did everything preparatory to it - in other words he prepared to do the act as per the view of the complainant.
