The 1st crown court appearances you shdnt be waiting around to long, you could be waiting longer at the magistrates as fs said don't no y it even goes there I think its so they can put it the local paper to see if anyone else comes forward
As to weather you get to see all the material the cps must disclose anything that may help you asswel as them, unless they go to the judge and say its not in the public interest which they tried with me but the judge said we had to see it so it all fell apart, no jury that had been sat in a room alday waiting I was in court for all of 5mins

a few more questions you guys might be able to answer:

What sort of thing could be used as evidence? I'm not sure if i do have anything from that period, i know i dont have anything electronically as i have deactivated my FB account and never used twitter.

Will the sol show me the evidence the police have collected? and will they be allowed to discuss all the evidence with me and my family so they understand whats going on also or would i be allowed to discuss everything with them?

Are polygraph test plausable evidence in the British court? if so can i request that either of the FA's or myself par-take in one and how would i go about doing this?

Thanks to all you guys that have given advice and I hope that i will be able to help you just as much as much.

Polygraphs are only used on convicted sex offenders, if u look back a couple of days you will find a thread on it.
You will in time see all the witness statements, have the police interviewed ur dad and partner? As you said they were ur witnesses?
Evidence and all they need is there word (that is all that is needed)otherthings are medical records of the time when they say it happened, who they told 1st I think ur in case it maybe each other
Will re read ur thread if there is anything that I have missed will put it on in amin

Okay thanks, so I might take them on the jeremy kyle show lmao! (need a bit of humour in times like these) I will search out this thread and have a read Thank you OMG.

The police have taken no step to speak with either of the witnesses that i have provided, they have not had any statements taken or had to provide anything what-so-ever, which makes me feel as though they are not conducting their investigation properly, but then that might just be the way i think. Would the medical records be able to be used as part of the defence though i know one of the FA's did have an issue with depression and sorts.

Thank you so much for all your support and advice, I should have all you guys to represent me in court lol

Yes the medical records could help, the police will not proberly say ur partner or father are witness as ur fas have not said anything to them, u will find its people ur fas have told there family and friends I know it doesn't sound fair but all the police and cps will do is try to prove u did it, not that u didnt that's up to u and ur defence team,so start now like I said earlier if u can find any cards, see if u can reinstate ur fb and find any old message on there this will all help u, wotever u can find keep to ur Sol and defence team. Do not let the police cps see it, its only now you will find wot justice is like in this country (witch hunt).

                Hi Innocent One

I haven't anything to add to the excellent advice already offered other than to say I'm sorry that yet another person is in this situation.

Polygraphs are quite expensive, £800 to £1000 commonly and although not admissible in court, the results do seem to be carrying more weight these days. I know you were joking about JK but don't put yourself out there or you will have even more compensation seeking grabbers after you.

Be prepared to be dismayed by the system. The truth seems quite incidental compared to the thirst for convictions. Every little thing you can find is worth digging up. Come back here as often as you need to.

Okay then, I will do that, thanks again for the advice, it means so much to me that people are willing to help others and share there experiences with being FAd, I wont be letting anyone other than my sol and defence team see what i can uncover.

I ahve been told by many people such cases are easy to accuse people of as there is very little chance of proving or at the same time proving anything, I have also read on many other sites that only 5% of all FAs end in convictions.

ISJ I don't care about what anything will cost, I don't even care if i get into thousands pounds worth of debt to get through this. The truth is The 2 people who accused me of these crimes were the only real relationships i had, had at the time, all previous "relationships" were online and the first FA was my first sexual relationship. But as I said, I'm not like really rich as i have to money to my name but mone is no issue. I will do everything I can for people to realise that people are falsely convicted of such crimes, as i mentioned earlier in this post I am looking at going forward to study law and specialise in FA and help people like myself and many others on here.

I will look for anything possible, I will try and reactivate old accounts, I'm not sure that there will be anything on there, I will aslo get my family to do the same to see what they have on there as i know they spoke to them quite abit. I am going to spend my time trying to dig anything up that will help me in my defence. I will keep posting to0 keep you all updated and I will try and help other people out on here.

                        Thank you all again!

Its a lot higher then that its around 60% but that doesn't mean just one that have be to trial this includes all people that take plea bargains and lesser charges. They still go to jail and have to sign the sex offenders register.
Just remember from now on you are fighting for ur life, if your family have any message from them on fb that would be great anyfin that can disprove the fas
Try and keep active swell and take care of urself

Okay, I am fighting as much as i can, so are the people that are supporting me, i will beasking tomorrow (later today) if they have anything that will help me in my defence, and will provide a copy to my solicitor and defense team.

I'm not a motivated perswon at the moment, well not a motivated person in general but i will try and keep my mind active if anything!
