    Assumed guilty, no lawyer, no trial. Perfect, not.

    It's madness. Agree with barrister who says interview under caution will be far more chilling.

    On the other hand it won't show on a DBS, or whatever it is now........yet.

      Very odd.

      My personal experience says that they can arrest, charge and send to court with no evidence other than the statement from the accuser...

      What then are they going to base their 'not enough evidence' on... Pure speculation or have they finally developed 'Minority Report' ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minority_Report_%28film%29 ) ?
