    Oh thanks for that I will check them out. Liberton , have only been up and running for about 2 years, but the guy behind it has over 30 years experience. Still after saying that I'm hoping to speak to someone who is working with them at the moment, after last time can't be too careful.
    Sorry to ask but do you know or could recommend a good contract law solicitor ? Another long story!!!!!!!!!!

      Contract law? Which area? I think you would not get legal aid for that.....

        A contract between a solicitor and 'Client' the client is our son, so we have been told, but my husband signed the contract.

          Understand we will have to pay but just looking for advise at the moment. We not in the London area but are willing to travel for the right person/solicitor (contract law). If there is anyone else on here in a similar situation to my family,that is, working towards an appeal against conviction ,it would be lovely to hear from you.
