There is light at the end of the tunnel for rs, this must be so frustrating for him to be so close and then things drag on. I have followed his situation on here, the support and expert involvement of the people on here must lift his spirits. Hope he is home soon where he belongs and can start to rebuild his life and put this behind him. We are all rooting for him and sending positive thoughts and he's out of there asap.

Please keep them coming! I've just copied and pasted the latest supportive comments for RS from here, PAFAA and the PAFAA Facebook group.

You have no idea how much these comments from complete strangers mean to him. Honestly. He told me he keeps the emails containing your best wishes etc, by his bed and he reads them every night. it is what keeps him going.

I do this for many of "my guys" - Redscouse is one in a long line of people I have helped and continue to help.

Support means absolutely EVERYTHING when someone is in his situation. Supportive family is hundreds of miles away so cannot visit. He's not had a social visit since he went to prison as far as I know. This is why I am asking for support for him as otherwise he has bog all.

Although I don't know much about the ins and outs of RS case, I sincerely wish him all the best and hope he can move on with his life....

At last, after all the cr*p from the prison, the solicitor has spoken with RS via video link. He has also now said he will be produced in person to tomorrow's hearing for PCMH.

I do hope that tomorrow he ends up in the prison where he started so it's easier for the sol and barrister to visit him.

It's pointless applying for bail as he has no address to go to. Retrial may be in the New Year.

I do hope that Friday is "Good Friday" for you, and you are finally on your move to a TEMPORARY residence, that is far more suitable than your current. Although we have never met, you are in my thoughts most days, even more so when a post on this thread has popped up.

Just had an email from the solicitor. No plea was entered as - surprise surprise - the Crown weren't ready and had not produced the Indictment!

Back on the 30th for the plea and other directions etc. Trial in February. Apparently he is going to back to the prison he started out from - which is much better than where he has been for the last couple of weeks.

I'll wait until I hear from him to confirm that he is there before I send any more messages.

No email from you as yet.

No visitors apart from the solicitor and barrister. It's too far for me to go in a day.

RS has given the sol the name of an old friend he hopes will put him up until trial, but that has to be checked out. Due to the nature of the allegations and convictions though, that could end up in yet another rejection.

Best you just email me your messages or post up on here, and I can copy and paste all messages into emails to him.
