    hello

i have been doing some research, as my current solicitor is a duty solicitor and he is not sexual offense specialist.

i have wrote few emails to local solicitors and few have replied back but there is one, who called me and had a chat of 45mins about my case,
does anyone ever heard of gray and co solicitors? they based in Chester?

he actually said, he will come to my town and meet me and also take me to crown court to get a feel of it. so i know, what will happen as i never been to court before.

or if anyone know, who is specialist in sexual offenses cases in Lancashire or Manchester or near by?

i am going to magistrate after next week so i have to choose a solicitor as soon as possible.

Chris Saltrese is based in Southport and is excellent, I truely believe I would be in prison now if he had not been so thourough.
He works with a QC called Tania who is equaly as brilliant and between them you feel 1000% more confident the truth will win the day.
      Good Luck

Hi Stressed out - I think that if Chis Saltrese recommended her you should trust his judgement. I would get in touch with her as soon as possible so that she can start working on your case. I think you'll find that having a decent legal team behind you will make all the difference.

              All the best.

yes i have spoken to her and i am going meet her next week, as she said to bring with all the papers i have.

i did some research about her, she is handling a big case at the moment.

i am thinking to take the pictures where we met a girl and stopped the car where i went toilet. i will try to gather as much as evidence i can.

i think stunned 9 meant not allowed to take pictures

"""" i am thinking to take the pictures where we met a girl and stopped the car where i went toilet. i will try to gather as much as evidence i can """"

but i want to use this as my evidence because normally rape kind of stuff happens in dark and quite places but i parked up right in front of houses next to the main road, where taxi were going past and also a police car as well where i was standing and trying to wifi connections from peoples houses.

there is no way, we had any intention to do anything with the girl otherwise we would not park in public place.

I think Stressedout meant he wanted to take pics of the location where the alleged assault is supposed to have taken place. I think that's reasonable. As long as he isn't taking photos of the accuser.
