Your partner can either go to his solicitor and made enquiries or approach the CPS and ask if she can be prosecuted for perverting the course of justice/perjury.

      Well done judge !!

Wow a judge that actually listened to the evidence and aplied some common sense and justice - he is a rare specimen indeed !!

Unfortunately few in the judicial will be willing to help as its going against others in their profession. I would get onto your MP and then consider action against both the Police and CPS for not investigating the case properly. The IPCC can be a waste of time but if you have your MPs support they are more likely to act in your favour.

Some wont agree with me, but the Police and CPS have a duty to investigate when often their interpretation is to wash aside the evidence against the accused - hense your ordeal of the trial, they obviously thought they would win !!!!!

The use of "perverting the course of justice" isnt used enough and should and could be clearly brought against those who set out to harm you for financial gain its also an intent to defraud the tax payer - but who cares about that. It would be interesting to read and compare the transcripts used by the crown against the evidence available to see if there was a clear intent to diseave and misguide (oops spelling?) the jury by not disclosing all the evidence that was in your favour.

But wow an honourable judge !!! Im shocked and stunned. Did your defence question the morals and ethics of the CPS/Police investigation to try and establish who was telling the truth during the trial ????

It looks like they didn't have to suffer the ordeal of a trial as the judge kicked it out.

Some do thank goodness. Unfortunately some don't and then realise the error when the guilty verdicts come in - often then the judge will sentence to the lower end of the scale as happened with a PAFAA member's husband a few weeks ago.
