    Whatever next? How can we have the situation where the public are telling the police how to do their job? People aren't 'victims' from a legal point of view until a conviction has occurred. Make the system better so that complainants don't feel victimised by the system by all means, but what about those who are hauled to court by a complaint that isn't even a crime, but as a matter of policy?

    Those people are victimised twice - once by the inappropriate complaint and investigation, and again by the court system that doesn't exonerate them properly.

    Something should be done about that!!!
