Well as I said about a week ago I got my phone back and I was near the end of our marriage taking audio recordings of my ex as she was getting psychotic and I wanted to catch her on audio.

Well, since getting my phone back I went through the recordings and there was one with an argument which was going on for a while and then we talked made up and had make up see which can be heard clearly on the audio to be consensual and she was even heard laughing and making jokes at the end of the audio.

I couldn't believe I recorded this BUT this is time stamped and shows clear joy with having intercourse TWO WEEKS after the allegations of rape , this is either luck of e century that I forgot to turn the recorder on my phone off bu the grace of God but it clearly shows her having intercourse with me and both of us joking after so my point is even though by accident if she is laughing two weeks after the dates I'm alleged to have raped her does that put me in a better light. And yes it was accidental I was always fearful at the end of the relationship of how she would react at any argument hence I did record it

I am in the process of paying to get it transcribed but wanted other people's thoughts of this divine intervention can blow her case out of the water as firstly why would you make love to me you can hear it's consensual and secondly be saying certain things I cannot say but she used the word "always" on a seductive jokey way on the recoding to say it's fun will this help me and secondly will it be enough to get them to focus on her now.

I really cannot believe I recorded this by accident or shall I say forgot to press stop but wow

Her tone shows t was enjoyable two weeks after the dates she gave the police and also if I was a rapist why have sex with me after the even and show a seductive jovial tone on the audio , is this enough to get me off ? As in conclusive proof?

Getting it transcribed as we speak please anyone thoughts on this
