its been a rollercoaster few weeks but the long and the short of it is I was acquitted last week and dismissed by a judge after the cps offered no evidence.
I'm obviously delighted yet also furious as mine was such a joke of an allegation. the only victim was me and being charged meant I lost my job. how can they charge and then offer no evidence 4 months later, as surely there wasn't enough to charge in the first place.
the police are also not returning all of my seized items but I'm challenging this as I was found not guilty!! They really do only care about convictions. is this legal after a not guilty verdict?
Anyway, I am free and my legal team were amazing in ensuring this was stopped pre-trial. I can't recommend my solicitor and barrister enough so please DM me if you want their details.
Finally, stay positive no matter what stage you are at. No one knows the truth but you so fight with everything you've got. Oh, and listen to a certain NWA song....it helped me a lot!!
