  • So many lies

Hi all I am slowly losing the will, went to see the legal clerk and I got the impression that because she went to a doctor and said to him she was raped by me that is going to be a massive help to convict me despite loads of other lies. They are saying why would she tell a doctor I know why she would because she’s nuts she’s a liar it’s what she does she leaves a trail she manipulates but how can you convince a court of this who will only know her the 3 days. Has anyone else experienced this where no matter what else is said they convict on the fact she made a disclosure to the doctors?

    Thank you

Are you still confident in your legal team hun? I always lose heart when i hear them say there's a good chance you'll be found guilty before the trial like they can't be bothered to work on it. Just my opinion and I have zero legal experience. Just please make sure he's a good solicitor before it's too late. Big love.

Everything is such a shambles, I received the CPS unused materiel today its so obvious how much the police have corrupted it. I have actual voice recordings of one witness statement proving she has lied a lot her statement for financial gain and yet the police do nothing. Any other crime she would be done for falsifying a statement but not a sexual crime god forbid the police lose a conviction of rape. I have solid proof the accuser has lied lied lied and lied some more and yet the CPS say they want to go ahead after they reviewed. The whole thing is a load of **** from start to finish never ever would I have thought the system would be so corrupt. DO NOT TRUST THE POLICE

          Hi

Sorry to hear you feeling so disheartened by everything. But take faith you now have the disclosure from Cps which is showing lots of discrepancies and lies, this is a good thing for you as it will help massively with your defence, have you got a good solicitor and defence team as with your help to prove the lies at trial with the evidence you have. Police in these case do not Investigate the same as other crimes to 'Prove or Disprove' they just build the case with FA allegation. Unfortunately it is up to you and defence to,do that. My OH was in the same position No Investigation to even question if it was true or not was done however we did this ourselves obtained all possible evidence to prove lies and solicitor and Barrister presented it fantastically at Court and Unanimous NG last year. so stay strong and FIght this.
Your solicitor should be asking for all Medical evidence, whether FA put in claim for Compensation, Have they had counselling Unused bundle and many other things. You will get details,of PNC checks on complainant and their witnesses. YOu need to be strong and prepared to win. Sending positivity to youx

            Hi Farmer42

Although I am sorry not able to offer any advice, I just wanted to support you and totally agree with your thoughts on do NOT EVER TRUST the POLICE . It is total C.... P the way you are being treated and although different cases we will never trust a word they say or even speak to them unless have to / made too , everything is twisted for there own gain and things and people they should speak to ignored . Hard to believe that the UK has such a warped system but it definately does mores the pity .

Hopefully for you there will soon be a glimmer of something good to clear this horrible matter up for you. Thinking of you , one day it will be better !

Thank you very much for the replies and support, it is so frustrating really is. It has been 18 months so far and today I gave up and went to doctors to get some antidepressants I tried to avoid it for so long. The doctor said to me they have a lot of people attend doctors a lot for things like this as there is no support for the falsely accused just the accuser, which in my opinion they will thrive on and encourage them further.

Just like to say I think it is fantastic that people are still here supporting others after they get a not guilty verdict, faith in humanity restored.

Also does anyone know the answer to this question? I have received the unused materiel from the CPS at the top of the statements it says if you are found to be lying on the statement you will be liable to prosecution. If I have an actual voice recording of the person proving without doubt she has lied through out her statement can I report her to the police as it is not being used in court by defence or prosecution but she has still signed a false statement so feel she should be prosecuted or at least warned.

The police aren't interested in prosecution witnesses lying. Even when they are found lying on the stand they rarely are taken to task for that..... happens all the time. Prosecutions are about meeting various targets not justice.....

So I received a call yesterday to say the prosecution had a case conference regarding my trial as I had found evidence that shows she is a compulsive liar. In the conference they decided the trial must go ahead. They have also put an application for bad character reference for the first time she made an allegation against me that was NFA my sol said they will try and use that in a way of saying well she waited 10 months to report it the second time as the first time she was never believed when in fact it was not proceeded with as it was clear it was all lies. Dreading the trial and so convinced now it is not going to go in my favour as it seems like anything I use get knocked back against me.

Trials are never easy and things will be up and down.
                    You need your fighting spirit.
                    You did not do this.
And you need to be adamant that this never happened.
                    Never resign yourself to it.
The lies will unravel and at the end of the day it will be decided by a jury.
                    Show them that you're innocent!
                    This is your chance.

With all the evidence that she's a liar, that's a good thing!!
                    She's lying - you're not.

I gave it to my legal clerk who passed it on to the prosecuting lawyer who agreed in contradicted her statement hence the review but said they are proceeding as they she has given a good enough explanation for it which means she has been made aware of the new evidence.

Always best to hold on to evidence and then ambush the Crown with it at trial. They do that to the defendant .........

I thought that would have been the best way but the legal clerk said it needs to be shown as it could prevent a trial. Also he said to me they can not just ambush me with things and that they have to disclose everything they plan on using is this not true? Will most of the things they say stuff I may not know about or be prepared for?
