Hi there. I was arrested on 01 September 2015 on the basis of rape allegation. I was granted Police bail on 03 September 2015 and Police seized my passport as bail condition. I was advised to report back to Police station on 02 October 2015. However, on 18 September 2015 I was called by Investigation Office (IO) and advised to collect back my passport. IO also advised me that I do not need to attend Police Station on 02 October 2015 as I am not on Police bail anymore. IO told me that investigation is over and my file is with CPS and they will decide whether to charge or not. I am a foreigner and IO told me that I am allowed to travel anywhere I like. I am just wondering that is it normal and CPS still can decide to charge me. Thanks for your help in advance.

My partner is also in this situation he was interviewed on may 1st by the 26th it had gone to the cp's. He is waiting a decisionComment
