    Wow!

    Here's one I'm throwing open to everyone.

    Managed to find what I'm almost certain is my false accuser's facebook site. She quite clearly lives in a fantasy world. There's a picture of her with a partner and a child (she's single and can't have children).

    She doesn't say anything on her page but there is a seperate box with something like Permanent Resident Lunatic Asylum, where she does post; and it's quite clear the woman's off her head.

    Really don't know what to do about this.

    On the one hand if she lives in a fantasy world that's good for my defence, but if she's unhinged would that go against me as she would be deemed incapable of consent?

    Also is there any way of proving that this is her site as she does not give any personal details?

    I don't want to steal RF's thunder but she often advocates screenshotting any relevant facebook pages.

    After all you could make a useful collection and, if and when, then make a decision whether or not to use it.

    If you don't screenshot it now there is always a possibility she might take it down.l

    PS the photo will prove it is her page.

      You're not sure it is her though, are you Jittery?

      Obviously there can be no interaction between you and her (or anybody who is helping you) as that would constitute indirect contact. However anything helpful on there can be screenshot as CH says

        Thanks Angel, I've double checked and I'm not so sure it is her site now. I managed to get a days work on friday, had 2 missed calls on the mobiles within minutes of each other. As only one agency has both numbers (id witheld) I suspect the police've been trying to get in touch, so I may hear something tomorrow! :-0

          If anyone here is like me, you clutch at any straws you find. My accuser was my former wife, and I discovered our water supply is high in copper, and then I heard there is the possibility that women particularly may find that effect them and..... Well you get the general idea! In my case, I really wanted to find an external reason for what was happening. If you like, to find for her an excuse. Now that it is clear to everyone that I was the victim not the perpetrator, I think it is just the reality that false accusation is an easy refuge for those wanting to excuse their own conduct.

            Know what you mean, I think I'm still trying to find an excuse for my accuser's behaviour. I still don't think she rerally knows what she has done. May be a coincidence, but one of the women on the desk said "these women like the attention, they get a lot of it to start with", hoping obviously she meant mine and that that's what they think of her!
