UK Rape Issues and Justice in UK Rape trials

Yes, it does happen! This is a place to say "well done" to companies and to let others know which companies really do look after customers.
What did you do to ensure good customer service? What did you do to avoid the cowboys? What would you recommend to others to do and/or to not do so the companies give you good service?
